As my first post I want to talk about my favourite Visual Artist who is Archan Nair. Besides of being a Visual Artist he is also an Art Director and Illustrator in India. He produces visual arts and interactive designs for worldwide companies such as Canon, Dodge, Boss and others. His artistic work shows that imagination enters into reality, his multiple works on photo-manipulation associated with paint depicts a colorful and beautiful world. He may not be really recognized by a lot of people, but you don`t need to be famous to be talented, and indeed Nair is one of the most talented Visual Artist I have seen in these days.
I chose Archan Nair because his art work has inspired me to try and explore more areas of the arts, using different techniques and effects that injects the world of imagination into the real one. I believe that arts is not only a form of entertainment, but is also a form of expression as literature is. In our days it has become one of the most popular forms of expression because through our art work we are able to express ourselves, what we see, think and believe!. And it`s fun to create something new and different because it depicts who you are!
